 HISTORY OF WINE


Cococciola, ancient and rare grape variety, is a native vine Abruzzese characteristic of the province of Chieti, and it has been one of the most interesting revelations on which we bet. In winery, great was our surprise in discovering the unique characteristics of this wine: very pleasant freshness, well integrated and strongly characteristic marked acidity, identity sensory profiles.   • SENSORY PROFILE: Delicate straw yellow with with pale greenish reflections. Hints of pear, apple, white fruit with herbaceous and almond bouquet nuances. Remarkable freshness and sapid taste, characteristic acid note identity of this grape variety

  • FOOD PAIRING: Raw fish, fresh cheeses, sushi
